ABOUT CARON "CC" WILLIAMS
CC is a native of Bremerton, growing up in the shadow of the Navy Ship Yard. She knows the area and specializes in Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Key Peninsula, Longbranch, Lakebay waterfront luxury homes.
I started as a personal Real Estate investor in 1979 while working for the Telephone Company as an outside Sales Consultant. I then changed locations every two years working throughout Washington. My last job was as a contract negotiator for US West with AT&T. I retired at 45 and went to work for a small independent telephone company, my last job before retiring there was to train folks on the telephone System at Mt.Rainier, I bring these skills along with Project management to my passion as a Realtor who listens to her clients and works to create a win win transaction.
I started with Commercial Real Estate for two years and then changed to Residential Real Estate in 2003.
I am a member of the BBB. I have certifications as an ABR, GRI, SRES and a Transnational Referral Consultant for Worldwide Properties.
ABOUT TERESA SONNEN
Teresa is a native Washingtonian who grew up in Snohomish, Washington.
I have never strayed far from my roots and have enjoyed living in this great natural habitat my entire life.
After graduating from Washington State University with a Business Degree it was natural for Teresa to then become a CPA. This financial background has helped many of my real estate clients in negotiations of contracts, and to obtain financing. My energy and willingness to stay with a client no matter how long it takes to find them a home, has earned me a place in my clients families.
